Conference Dates

The conference spans two days, beginning at 7:00 a.m. on November 3, 2025, and concluding at 6:00 p.m. on November 4, 2025. We recommend booking three nights, arriving on November 2nd in the afternoon, and departing on November 5th.

The Airport near the ASU Downtown Phoenix campus is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (approximately 15-20 minutes away, with an estimated taxi cost of $20-$25). The Uber option is also available.

Please visit ASU's Travel Page to find a hotel near the Downtown Phoenix campus. Although we do not have a hotel block, ASU has negotiated rates that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The closest hotels to the ASU Downtown Phoenix campus are: 

 

  1. Hampton Inn- Downtown Phoenix (across the street from the venue)
  2. Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown (2-minute walk)
  3. Hyatt Regency Phoenix (2-minute walk).
  4. There are several other hotels close by (e.g., Sheraton, Renaissance), but we don’t have special rates for them.
