Registration

Each author who plans to attend the 2025 T2S Conference is required to register by October 15, 2025 (5 pm, Arizona Time), via the secure ASU registration and payment module, which can be accessed through the register button.

Early registration: From June 30th, 2025 -> September 14th, 2025 (5 pm, Arizona time)

Late registration: After September 14th, 2025 (5 pm, Arizona time) -> October 15th, 2025 (5 pm, Arizona time)

Cancellation policy


(a) Invoices: After you have paid the registration fee, you will receive a receipt. If you require an invoice, please email the 2025 T2S Organizing Team at technologytransfersociety@gmail.com before October 15th, 2025. In the subject line, please state “2025 T2S Invoice request,” and in the email body, please provide your name, the information that you request in your invoice, and attach the payment receipt.

(b) Certificate of Attendance: You don't need to request it; a digital certificate will be automatically issued to you after the conference.

(c) Cancellation: Attendees may cancel their registration up until October 15th, 2025, by emailing the 2025 T2S Organizing Team at technologytransfersociety@gmail.com. In the subject line, please state “2025 T2S Cancellation request,” and in the email body, provide your name, specify the reason for the cancellation, and attach the payment receipt. Attendees will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee within seven business days.
